Floristic and ethnobotanical study of Yoloxóchitl and other Mixtec communities in the municipality of San Luis Acatlán, Guerrero (Gettysburg College)

This ethnobotanical project is centered on the nomenclature, classification, and use of plants in the community of Yoloxochitl. However, it also includes data from the communities of Arroyo Cumiapa, Buena Vista, and Cuanacaxtitlan, where a Mixtec similar to that of Yoloxochitl is spoken. Presently an illustrated field guide of plants in this municipality of San Luis Acatlán is being developed.
